The blend draws on the natural sweetness of Brazilian Mundo Novo, the complexity of El Salvador's Pacamara from the volcanic Apaneca-Ilamatepec range, and the depth of Indian Bourbon. How to brew it. Shujaa is purpose-built for milk-based drinks — it has the body to stand up to lattes and flat whites without disappearing under steam. Excellent as a frappé in summer too. For pure espresso lovers, expect a thick crema and a chocolate-forward shot. Available in whole bean and four grinds, in 250g, 500g, and 1kg.
