Shipping policy

CARRIER
We offer delivery to all parts of the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail for small shipments and DPD for larger shipments.

SERVICE
Small orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. You should expect to receive your order within 1-2 working day.

Larger orders are sent via DPD Next Working Day. You should expect to receive your order the next working day.

If your order is received by 14:00, we will try our best to despatch on the same day but this may not be possible during busy or holiday periods.

DELIVERY CHARGE

• For orders under £20.00, the delivery charge is £3.49
• Orders valued at £20.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

URGENT ORDERS
We are able to make use of alternative carriers if required. The best thing to do is to drop us a message via the website or by email ideally before 14:00 so that we have sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements. Any additional costs will be shared with you before despatch.
