We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our coffee. All orders go through a stringent quality control process. With this in mind, we don't typically offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn't to your taste. However, if there is a quality issue we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact our team immediately at orders@kiboko.coffee.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us by email at orders@kiboko.coffee as soon as you realise. Please retain all packaging and we will advise on best way to replace or refund.
