We are delighted to introduce our new Kiboko Rewards programme.

The programme allows you to collect points when you make a purchase at Kiboko.Coffee which then adds up to money to redeem on your account. The more points you collect, the more money you have to spend on coffee. Win, Win right?!

How it works

For every £1 you spend, you will earn 5 Kiboko Reward points

100 Kiboko Points = £1

Please note that points cannot be applied to purchases made prior to 22 May 2024.

How do I sign up to the Kiboko Rewards Programme?

On the bottom of your screen you will see a gold button with Kiboko Rewards. Click that and follow the instructions to sign up for an account.

If you already have an account and are looking for your points you can sign in using the panel. 

Where do I find the points I have collected?

When you log into your account, either via the gold floating button or the account login button at the bottom left of your screen in the footer, you will see all the information about the points you have collected in the gold panel and how to redeem them.

Where can I redeem my points (vouchers)?

You can redeem your points online at checkout.

You can spend points under the 'ways to redeem' section of your rewards panel. Please make sure that you are logged into the rewards panel before redeeming your points.

Once you have enough available points, you can select 'Redeem' - again within the rewards panel; click 'Apply code' for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout. Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'.

It's worth noting that only one reward is allowed per order.

Note: If you need to cancel or undo a points redemption, you will have to contact the store's customer support

How it works?

Sign up to the Kiboko Rewards programme and you will be given a unique referral code to share with friends and family. You can find this code in your gold panel.

Sharing that link with your friend will give them £3 to spend with us online at Kiboko.Coffee off orders over £20.

As an added bonus when they complete their purchase you will also receive £3 in your rewards panel to spend with us.
