Tamu is the blend for people who like their coffee to taste sweet. Not because we've added anything — Kiboko coffee is always 100% Arabica, nothing else — but because we've chosen origins and a roast profile that bring out the natural sugars in the bean. The result is a velvety, low-acidity cup with milk chocolate, raisin, and a clean vanilla finish.

The beans come from two carefully chosen farms: the rolling hills of Sul de Minas in Brazil, where pulped-natural processing develops the sweet, chocolate-forward profile that defines great Brazilian coffee, and Finca Las Isabellas in Apaneca, western El Salvador, where high-altitude Bourbon develops the complexity that gives Tamu its raisin-and-vanilla character. Beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness — the difference shows in every cup.

How to brew it. Tamu's natural sweetness makes it especially good as a filter coffee or pour-over, where the clean processing really shines. It's also a beautifully smooth espresso and pairs effortlessly with milk in a latte. Available in whole bean and four grinds, in 250g, 500g, and 1kg.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.
