Brazil Cerrado
Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, and within Brazil, the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais is one of the most consistent producers of high-quality Arabica anywhere. The high plateau, defined wet and dry seasons, and mechanised harvest at peak ripeness combine to produce beans with the classic Brazilian profile: smooth, chocolate-forward, low in acidity, easy to love.
Our Brazil Cerrado is a 100% Arabica single origin grown in those fertile uplands. The blend of Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties brings out caramel sweetness up front, a clear hazelnut note in the middle, and a dark chocolate finish. We roast to a medium that respects the natural mildness — no roasty bitterness, just the inherent character of the bean.

How to brew it. This is one of the best filter coffees we offer — the cleanliness and low acidity shine through pour-over and AeroPress. It also makes a beautiful mocha or macchiato, where the inherent chocolate notes complement milk and dark chocolate syrups. Available in whole bean and four grind sizes, in 250g and 1kg.
Why Kiboko. £1 from every kilo of Brazil Cerrado supports community projects in Africa via our 1FOR1 initiative. Small-batch UK roasting, rested before packing, most orders next working day.
